We don’t just deliver glow — we deliver with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your candles, butters, and bundles make their way from our hands to your doorstep.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


🚚 Processing Time

All products are handmade with intention and packed with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Candles: Each candle is cured for optimal burn performance. If curing is still in progress, the ship date will be noted on the product page.

  • Butters: Ship year-round (weather permitting).

  • Pre-orders & Restocks: Any exceptions or later ship dates will always be listed directly on the product page and confirmed in your order email.


✨ Shipping Rates

We offer four delivery options:

  • BK Standard (3–5 business days): $6.95

  • BK Express (1–2 business days): $12.95

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

  • BK Girl Hand Delivery – Advocate Health Teammates (Charlotte Only): $8.00

Shipping times do not include processing time.
Hand delivery is only available for pre-approved local orders from Advocate Health teammates in Charlotte, NC.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Didn’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

🎁 Pre-Orders & Restocks

Pre-order items will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are ready.


📦 Packaging Promise

We package every order Brooklyn-style — thoughtfully, beautifully, and bold.

Expect:

  • Muslin bags

  • Branded kraft boxes

  • Handwritten notes (just leave one at checkout)

Everything is packed with the same energy we put into the product itself.


🧼 Lost or Damaged Orders

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage — but we’ll always support you in making it right.

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help file a claim or issue a replacement when eligible.
