When should I expect my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within the timeframe listed on the Shipping Policy page. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always communicate if delays come up.

Will my body butter melt during shipping?

It’s possible, especially during warmer months or in hot climates. Our butters are made with natural oils and butters, which soften with heat. Melting does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product.

What happens if my butter arrives melted or soft?

No worries. A melted or softened butter is still perfectly safe to use. Just place the jar upright at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a short time and it will firm back up naturally.

Does melting affect the scent or effectiveness?

Not at all. The scent, benefits, and skin-loving properties stay the same. Texture may change slightly, but the product works exactly as intended.

Do you use ice packs or insulation?

During extreme heat, we may include insulation or ice packs at our discretion. Because ice packs melt quickly in transit, they are not a guaranteed solution, especially for long-distance shipments.

Can I request special warm-weather packaging?

At this time, we do not offer custom shipping methods. We ship with care and transparency so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives physically damaged, leaking, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help.

Are melted products eligible for refunds or replacements?

Because melting is a natural response to heat and does not impact product quality, melted items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding and encourage checking the Shipping Policy for full details.
