We don’t just deliver glow — we deliver with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your candles, butters, and bundles make their way from our hands to your doorstep.
📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
🚚 Processing Time
Every product is handmade with intention and packed with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to whip, pour, and prep before your order ships.
🕯 Candles → Each one cures for the perfect burn. If curing’s still in progress, the ship date will be called out on the product page.
🧈 Butters → Ship year-round (weather permitting).
🔄 Pre-Orders & Restocks → Any later ship dates will be listed right on the product page and confirmed in your order email.
👉 That way you never have to guess. If there’s an exception, you’ll see it up front.

We offer four delivery options:
BK Standard (3–5 business days): $6.95
BK Express (1–2 business days): $12.95
🌟 Glow Free — free U.S. shipping when you spend $75+
🚪✨ BK Girl Hand Delivery – Advocate Health teammates (Charlotte, NC only): $8.00
⏱ Processing takes 3–5 business days (every order is handmade with love).
🤝 Hand delivery is limited to pre-approved Advocate Health teammates in Charlotte.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🎁 Pre-Orders & Restocks
Pre-order items will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are ready.
📦 Packaging Promise
We package every order Brooklyn-style — thoughtfully, beautifully, and bold.
Expect:
- Muslin bags
- Branded kraft boxes
- Handwritten notes (just leave one at checkout)
Everything is packed with the same energy we put into the product itself.
Label Notice
Our product photos are for display. Labels may vary from what’s shown, but the glow inside is always the same bold Brooklyn blend.
🧼 Lost or Damaged Orders
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage — but we’ll always support you in making it right.
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help file a claim or issue a replacement when eligible.
